109. Great At Taking Care of Business, But Struggle Taking Care of Yourself?

Hi friend! Hear from Trenton, representing one of the men in our community, and oh my gosh, what a guy! If your life looks pretty successful on the outside, yet you feel like a jumbled mess at times on the inside--this episode is for YOU! Trenton will encourage you as he shares his amazing story on episode 109. Trenton is so authentic!--Most of my friends are. 😀 It’s just how I roll now. I don't have the energy or time for BS anymore. Life is too short and valuable to waste it on NOT being me. And most of my friends feel the same way, thankfully.

In Episode 109, Trenton talks about the impact of grace on his life and how it is one thing to read about grace, but living it out and experiencing it in person takes work. He is a successful man with a beautiful family. He struggles with internal tension that prohibits his peace and feeling comfortable in his skin, especially as a sensitive guy.

A question our community is asking is posed by Trenton here, “How do you find forgiveness for yourself?” And what if your story isn’t traumatic or disastrous? How do you work through the little things in life that seem to add up and become barriers or inhibitors to your growth and freedom? You guys, this is what we discuss in episode 109 and our group coaching program called The Feel Better Journey. I challenge you to listen to the episode and hear how the beauty of Trenton is that he is authentic.

Practicing healing principles in a healthy community is where the magic of forgiveness and growth happen. Being able to talk, apply, and process the Holy and Hard Work makes all the difference in Trenton’s life. Trenton also addresses how sensitivity is one of the best things a man carries as a human and servant leader.

One of the biggest breakthroughs in the program for me was forgiving myself for the dumb mistakes I’ve made in the past. I am my own worst critic, and those past mistakes added up. -Trenton

Listen to how The Feel Better Journey reminded Trenton that he is not alone. Listen In.
