Hello, my friend! I'm Dani Sumner.
I'm a Spiritual Director and Life Transformation Coach, and I've spent over a decade walking alongside people through grief, anxiety, loss, and all the messy in-between moments — in a healthy and holy way. That's my lane, and I love it.
My own story is what got me here. For years, anxiety, depression, and ADHD ran the show for me. My circumstances and my past called the shots. Life felt like a storm I couldn't weather alone — and honestly, I couldn't. By the grace of God, I found a different way forward. I've been sober almost 16 years now, and I am living proof that real hope exists beyond the brokenness.
I also host A Holy Mess podcast, where I talk honestly about faith, mental health, and all the hard stuff most people don't say out loud. If you've been listening, you know my history. And you know I don't sugarcoat it.
